The T.Rowe Pipe Company was established May, 2005 to provide quality piping fabrication, commercial blasting and coating, and alloy weld overlays. It is the goal of this company to provide outstanding quality, meet scheduled deliveries, and perform every job with safety and customer satisfaction as the utmost concern.
T.Rowe Pipe is a growing Company that is composed of a highly skilled and experienced management team. The team members have excellent reputations in the welding, fabrication, blasting/coating, and quality fields. Staff is composed of personnel that are CWI certified, NACE certified, SSPC Members, and Mechanical Contractor licensed. The Company is also a member of the ISNetworld as well as an AWS Affiliate Member.
T.Rowe Pipe services are provided as follow:
Shop fabrication of carbon steel, low alloy and high alloy piping components meeting ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8 design codes. Welders are qualified for ASME IX and API 1104 Code requirements.- Shop fabrication of structural components meeting AWS D1.1 design and welding code. Welders are qualified in accordance with AWS D1.1 requirements.
- Field installation of carbon steel, low alloy, and high alloy piping spools and components for ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8 design piping.
- Hydro-testing of shop fabricated piping spools and field installations.
- Field installation of structural components for AWS D1.1 structural steel.
- Application of corrosion resistant alloy weld overlays for nozzles, flanges, etc.
- CNC cutting of piping isolation blinds.
- Emergency Repair services.
- Commercial blasting and coating of shop fabricated piping and structural components.
- Commercial blasting and coating for field installed or existing piping, structural, tanks, and vessels.
T.Rowe fabrication shops utilize modern, highly efficient and proven welding processes to provide the highest quality and production methods in order to be a highly competitive company. The Company also maintains an ongoing comprehensive quality control program to provide material traceability, NDE, PMI requirements and documentation in accordance with applicable codes and customer standards and specification requirements.
